We have gathered some of the most asked questions and sorted them here for your convenience. If you can’t find the answer please feel free to reach out and contact us.

Is there a minimum number of garments that can be ordered?

For custom made items there is. We require a minimum order of 25 garments per style, per order. For socks it is 100 pieces.

Can I purchase an individual item?

We have a minimum order quantity of 25 garments for custom made overseas items. We are unable to offer single item orders as so much work goes into each garment.

How long will it take to get my order?

For custom orders your garments should be delivered to you within approximately 8-10 weeks after we receive your deposit and you have approved the sample. If you have a tight timeline, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate you.

Do I have to pay for sample garments to be sent to me?

No. We will cover all costs related to the sending and receiving of sample garments. We will invoice these items but then credit them once they are returned. The samples are to be returned at your cost. If the samples are lost, damaged or not returned we will ask you to pay the invoice.

Do I have to pay extra for delivery?

Delivery within Australia is free. We do ship to overseas countries. If you are contacting us from overseas we are happy to provide a quote for shipping to your country. .

What are your office hours?

Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm AEST. We may see your email while we are lazing on the couch of a long day manufacturing great garments and if we do we will be sure to reply. We close on Victorian Public Holidays and for a brief period of time over each Christmas/New Year break.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days. We will endeavour to resolve any issue for you as soon as possible. We want you to be happy and speak highly of your experience with us.

Where will my order be made?

We have factories in China and right here in Australia. Where your garments are made will depend on the actual product and we are happy to let you know where your garments are coming from.

Can I cancel my order?

Only if we have not begun the production process.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes provided we have not began production, and depending what stage we are at with your order.

Can I pay once I receive the product?

Sorry full payment must be made before we despatch your order.

What are your payment methods?

Bank transfer, Money Order, Cheque or Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If you are close to our office in Geelong you can pay using cash or eftpos.
