We use Australia Post. We ship from our showroom 6/5 Dowsett Street. South Geelong, Victoria 3220. Australia.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before you receive your Design Approval Form. From sample approval, you need to allow for 8-10 weeks before items are shipped. A tracking number will be sent via email and tracked by Australia Post.
|Standard Shipping||Delivery in 2 or more business days after posting||Covers all of Australia. Sending to same state: Metro – up to 2 business days. Country – up to 5 business days. Sending interstate: Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points. Country – Please ask at your local Post Office|
|Express Shipping||Next business day delivery||Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.|

We use DHL. Shipping rates and lead times internationally vary depending on the size of the shipment and the destination. Internationally we “Deliver at-place” meaning you are responsible for the payment of any local duties, taxes or clearance fees. Animi Equine are currently unable to advise the value of the charge at the time of purchase. We advise using a duties calculator in your country.
A tracking number will be sent via email and tracked by DHL.
All International shipments will NOT include the Australian 10% GST. This will go towards absorbing international shipping surcharge
