Design & Approval

Whether you have created a masterpiece using our Equine Designer, or you have a fully mocked-up design that is ready to go, a sketch on the back of a napkin, or you just have a bit of an idea in your head of what you may like, we can help you take it from there. Are you a bit handy on photoshop or illustrator? Ask us for a template to make your job easier. Designing your own garment can be satisfying and a lot of fun. You can choose an existing design from our range or for larger orders you can submit your own design. Once you’re happy with it, send it to us and we will prepare the design for production. We will send you a Design Approval Form where you can either comment or approve your garment. Once you have signed it off, send it back to us and we can begin production.

Logos

If possible, send us your artwork in EPS, AI or editable PDF format. We may be able to use jpegs for digital transfers or embroidery however for screen-printing and for an accurate mockup we do require vectored art in one of the formats mentioned above. Place Your Order

We’ll send you an order form to complete and return to us. If you are unsure about sizing we can send you samples. You can also see the measurements of most of our garments in the sizing guide page or on the page of the garment you like. Once you have placed your order and approved your design we will ask you to make a deposit. Then we will get your production moving. Production times for your fully customised garments will take between 8-10 weeks from sample approval depending on the product and the number and complexity of the embellishments.

Payment & Delivery

Once your order is complete and you have made the remainder of your payment, we’ll despatch your order from our warehouse. You’ll get an email soon after that contains a tracking number so that you can follow its progress. If you are nearby you can collect it from our warehouse or we may even deliver it to you ourselves.
